Unbelievable news!

The shows at Museum of Comedy went so well I am now doing five nights, downstairs at Soho Theatre July 11th-15th.  Then Edinburgh Fringe, I think its called The Cow Shed Aug 2nd -11th.

This is a ninth in a lifetime opportunity to see me live so don't miss it!

Hi Russell,

No the show hasn't changed much at the moment since the WIP shows but I think after June 8th the country will be a different place (one way or the other) so I will have to acknowledge that and I do want to play around with some new material at Soho but I haven't started rehearsals with Linda and Wilf yet.  I think tickets for Soho have nearly gone so anybody wanting to come needs to book fast.  Edinburgh is also selling pretty quick.

Series 1 of Sandwich Bar is being repeated on R4 at 6.30 in June 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th.

Series 2 will be at 18:30  November- 9th / 16th / 23rd / 30th.

Great news!
(And the Soho films DVDs doesn't it...)
Here's another question about the form. Has the show changed/evolved much, on the back of the work in progress shows?
Not that it needed to. The show I saw was brilliant.

Thanks for answering. And also for the added bonus of imagining you practicing in front of your wife and cat. (Hi Linda and Wilf!)

I must try to catch all the Sandwich Bars.
Doing any Sandwich Bar merch? Mrs Brown's Boys has got a glasses case that probably says Feck on it...

Mr Corbyn (another SCFMOFO) was later asked if his manifesto was "a letter to Santa Claus."

Dear A,

Can you send me a ticket to this do? The thing is, I'm currently trying to discover the meaning of life, and it's taking up a lot of my time. It also brings back memories of been on blind date, when I thought I had to burn my eye balls out with hot pokers before I could be the "chosen few." Have you ever been to Venice, with bandage?,It's crap.
It was sad that Cilla fell over and her teeth shot into her brain, causing terrible damage, that ultimately led to her demise. But it isn't as bad as been blind.

Hopefully the people managing the sound system at your do will be able to turn it up for me. I'll buy them a few pints, if I can hear you clearly from the back of the room. I like it at the back, as I can leave quite quickly if some terrorists walk in trying to sell the Quaran, oh.. I nearly spelt that so wrong, thank you Google.

Dear Alexi, Greetings from a tiny and remote Scottish island. Just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying Lenin Ate My Homework and also what a relief it was to hear that someone else had not only heard of Route 66 but also loved it as much as I did and do. Ditto for I'm Sorry I'll Read That Again. You're three years older than I am but these two shows are still very vivid in my memory. All the best and good luck and much success in all you do, Gordon

Alexei, what would it take to get you over for a show here in Antwerp, Belgium? It's only a eurostar trip away, that and a few procent in a brexit referendum.

Would love to come to these shows but since your 2015 appearance at New Milton Arts Centre the local Tory junta has built a ring of border checkpoints around the New Forest to prevent any more of your revolutionary doctrine affecting the gentlefolk here.
